HOW IT WORKS

A better way to keep up with everything that comes with aging.

Helping an aging parent can get complicated pretty quickly. Meridian gives your family a dedicated Navigator who gets to know your situation, helps you understand what needs attention, and keeps the important information organized in one place. You have someone who knows the full picture and can help you figure out what comes next.

1

Meet your Navigator

Your family is paired with a dedicated Meridian Navigator. Your Navigator gets to know your family, the people involved, what has already happened, and what matters most to you.

2

Start with the Meridian Compass™

The Meridian Compass™ looks at the important areas of life as we age. It gives your family and your Navigator a clear picture of where things stand today and helps identify the things that may need attention.

3

Figure out what comes next

Once we understand the full picture, your Navigator helps you decide what needs attention now and what can wait. Some things may be pretty simple. Others may take more time. Your Navigator helps keep track of all of it.

4

Keep everything organized

Important information, contacts, decisions, priorities, and plans are kept together in Meridian. Your family and your Navigator can see the same information and stay on top of what is happening.

5

Keep working together

Things change. A new diagnosis comes up. Someone goes to the hospital. A parent needs more help at home. The family starts talking about a move. Your Navigator already knows your family and what has been happening. They can help you understand what has changed and figure out what needs to happen next.

When something needs more attention.

Sometimes a family has a specific decision, transition, or situation that requires more help. A Signature Project gives your family additional support to work through it and get it done.
